A visual world for a contemporary meditation candle, created for Gen Z teens, combining ritual, spirituality and self-care through packaging and art direction.

Lunar Tide is a conceptual self-care brand created specifically for teenagers aged around 12 to 18, designed to feel modern and calming without leaning on spiritual clichés or looking too clinical for its audience.

The goal was to make mindfulness approachable rather than serious or intimidating. Holographic foil, playful typography, and simple symbols (a moon, a wave, a spark, a crystal) speak to teenagers emotionally and stand apart from classic wellness design.

The candle is designed as part of a complete ritual rather than a standalone product: premium packaging, a guided affirmation booklet, short meditation exercises, and affirmation cards all encourage a few minutes of intentional self-care. Inside the booklet, a short moonlight meditation and a daily affirmation extend the ritual beyond simply lighting a candle.

Soft pastel gradients, celestial symbolism, and expressive illustration combine with premium, cosmetic-inspired finishes to create a visual identity that feels playful, sophisticated, and highly shareable, the kind of design teenagers want to photograph as much as use.

The result is a gift-worthy, collectible piece that resonates equally with teenagers building their own self-care routine and with anyone looking for a meaningful present for the Gen Z generation.
